Overview

Investco Financial Corporation was founded in 1983 with a focus on developing residential apartment communities. By the early 1990’s, Investco identified the demand for industrial warehouse and distribution centers in Sumner which led to the development of more than two million square feet at Valley South Corporate Park. In the late 1990’s, the company expanded into the residential land development sector with the acquisition of Lakeland, a master-planned residential community that is now home to more than 10,000 residents. At the same time, Investco recognized opportunities in retail and mixed-use developments which started with the development of Saffron and Lakeland Town Center.

Today, Investco has a diversified portfolio of real estate properties comprised of the following:
