WHO WE ARE
We are a dedicated team of professionals who manage, direct, and grow a large portfolio of operating businesses and real estate assets including residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties. We’ve been in business since 1983 with a laser focus on creating and building lasting value for generations.
INDUSTRIAL
We have over 100 industrial tenants across more than 4.7 million SF, with land holdings to build another 4 million square feet. Our industrial portfolio includes properties in Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, and Idaho with Nordstrom, Helly Hansen, DHL, and Michael's as notable tenants.
OUR INDUSTRIAL HOLDINGS ARE AT THE HEARTBEAT OF JOB CREATION. IN FACT, HELLY HANSEN MOVED INTO ONE OF OUR PROPERTIES, BRINGING 500 JOBS WITH THEM.
COMMERCIAL
Our commercial portfolio includes approximately 250 tenants across 800,000 square feet of space in Washington and California. Some of our notable tenants include Walgreens, Starbucks, and AMC Theaters as well as numerous restaurants, apparel, medical care facilities, and more.
AGRICULTURAL
Our agricultural holdings include 1,900 acres of farmland and 600 acres of vineyards. We grow wheat, chickpeas, corn and berries. In our vineyards we grow award winning Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Syrah and many other Rhone varietals.

RESIDENTIAL
Building apartments and single-family residential communities with lasting value has been a core component of our business since inception. Currently we manage approximately 4,700 apartment homes in Washington, with an additional 4,500 units in development. Our single-family communities are all across Washington with over 650 lots currently under construction, and an additional 1,850 acres held for future development.
